The Holiday Mail Order Season

It is hard to believe that today is December 1^st and we are heading directly into our busiest shipping month of the year.  The challenges of baking, packing and shipping all of the holiday orders in December, from our small space, is immense.  We bake, pack and ship all of our orders on the same day.   Nothing is baked or packed ahead of time.  Over the years we have continued to figure out ways to improve our cookie gift package mail order service.  This year the most exciting news is that we are taking orders online, (www.itsallaboutthecookie.com) rather than by phone, which enables us to provide even better customer service, alerting our customers to all stages of the process, including tracking numbers, which everyone loves.   The next twenty-four days (in reality nine shipping days for us) are all about baking and gift wrapping which is a great way to get into the holiday spirit.
